Jet pulse filters are used for air and gas cleaning, dust removal and product separation in numerous applications in different industries. These include the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, petrochemicals, power generation and waste recovery and processing. As part of the exhaust gas conversion process, the use of jet pulse filters in syngas filtration is particularly noteworthy. The type of cleaning used with these filters is pressure pulse cleaning (jet pulse cleaning), an intense injection of compressed air or inert gas that suddenly cleans a single filter candlestick or candlestick register while the rest of the filter candlestick remains in filter mode.
