Machine structure: A solid design of the manufacturing structure, the head frame, tail frame, transverse components, drive motor, operating platform, etc., mounted on a common frame.
Spool size: according to customer requirements
Spool filling weight: according to customer requirements
Linear speed: according to customer requirements
Bobbin loading: pivot or cantilever shaft between head frame and stern frame.
Head rack: The head rack shaft with pivot and diving pulley is assembled on a sturdy housing with heavy duty bearings.
Tailstock: The tailstock shaft with shaft pin is assembled on a strong housing with heavy duty bearings.
Tailstock movement: Pneumatic operation, screw type with two cylinders or handle.
Loading/Unloading: We offer electric bobbin loading and unloading machines with AC gear motors.
Or: Use ramp loading and unloading.
Transverse unit: Transverse unit by rolling ring. The transverse spacing and length can be adjusted very fine. The transverse speed is automatically synchronized with the bobbin speed. Provide appropriate guidance components.
Lubrication: oil splash lubrication or grease lubrication
Brakes: Disc/electromagnetic brakes
Drive: Use suitable AC motor 3 phase 415 volts, 50 Hz.
Speed and tension control: The AC motor operates in speed control mode with encoder to ensure constant tension throughout the winding process. All fittings are supplied with suitable AC variable frequency drivers.
Dancer components: Both horizontal and vertical types of dancer components are available. 3+2 pulleys or 5+4 pulleys are provided. The bottom side slide wheel is mounted on a bracket with a linear bearing and a guide shaft. Cylinders and pressure regulators are provided for tension control. Linear potentiometers provide feedback and are integrated with AC variable frequency drivers.
