The ST540 improves on both, cutting at high speed with high precision and eliminating cramps in the operator's hands. While you'll need to get used to the handling, the machine can cut about 10 halibut per minute. The safety bar on the front of the blade can be easily set to a large height of 25mm when you change fish or slope, thus maximizing operator safety.
